  • Customers sync into HubSpot as Customers and Contacts

  • Non-Personal Customers (businesses, organizations) map to Companies

  • Accounts become HubSpot Deals

  • Relationships carry over as Associations — exactly as they are structured in Horizon

This means your team can keep managing customer data in Horizon while using HubSpot CRM for marketing outreach, sales pipelines, and customer engagement. No double entry. No duplicate maintenance. Just accurate data where you need it most.

Always Up to Date

The integration syncs data daily — or even more frequently if you choose. Key details like contact info, account status, product codes, and open dates flow seamlessly, ensuring HubSpot is always in step with Horizon.

We’ve also added features that improve data quality, including:

  • Built-in email validation and duplicate detection

  • Accurate mapping of Horizon’s “Open Date” to HubSpot’s “Customer Since” field

  • Active/Inactive status tracking for companies

  • Business phone integration

  • Issue reporting to highlight missing or inconsistent data
